We are closely monitoring the testing activities to give feedback and visibility about test activities. Information to be monitored may be collected manually or automatically and may be used to measure exit criteria, such as coverage. Metrics may also be used to assess progress against the planned schedule and budget.

Plan

Provide Master Test Plan (MTP) to provide an overall test planning and test management document for multiple levels of test (either within one project or across multiple projects). Inaddition, we provide individual test plan based on the level of testing and we follow any kind of certified standard and including following activities.

Test coverage in the test plan states what requirements will be verified in which stage of the testing phases

We have defined standard software testing process to provide defect free system to the stakeholders with information about the quality of the product or service under test. Our process also provides an objective, independent view of the software to allow the business to appreciate and understand the risks of software implementation.

Test methods in the test plan state how test coverage will be implemented. Test methods may be determined by standards, regulatory agencies, or contractual agreement
We have step by step guideline to manage the defect that can monitor entire project level. Easy to replicate and debug and make sure the fix working fine.
Our Quality process team finds new ways to cut costs while consistently delivering the highest quality product and make sure the quality of the product.

Control

Test control is an ongoing activity throughout the Software development life cycle. Management of any activity completes after successful control over planned activities. We control and measure progress against the plan to compare actual progress against the planned progress, and we report to the client on the current status of testing, including any changes or deviations from the plan.
